Worked with the Collision Shop (CS) to repair our '23 Chevy to "as new" condition following a traffic accident. The CS staff were extremely patient and helpful in dealing with a very difficult insurance company. Once an acceptable appraisal was negotiated, the work was completed to our complete satisfaction.

Although Bill Cram had my vehicle for 2 months, that shouldn't reflect on them. Bill Cram (Chris) was wonderful, he kept me updated as to what was happening with my insurance company. My insurance company (Allstate) seemed to have been the cause of all of the issues that we had. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, it drives nice and it looks beautiful. Great job by all of the people that worked on it.

First time buying a car at this dealership. Zac was very professional and experienced and the price they came to me with was almost exactly what my price was. Paperwork remains a little cumbersome as it had to be done online and on paper in some cases.

Bill cram's , dealership outstanding everybody friendly, polite they treat you like a customer should be treated. Very pleased to do business with that dealership.

The vehicle takes 5.3 quarts of oil and it appears they put 6 quarts in as it reads way over the fill mark on the dip stick. Now we have to drive 50 miles round trip to have this corrected. Luckily we checked it before a lengthy road trip this weekend. Mechanics should be made aware of each vehicles oil limit before an oil change.

Service rep went over repair work, letting me know what I should have done.

Took forever to get notified of the diagnose. Then they had to order parts, the part received was the wrong one. They had to run another diagnose, @ the tune of $179 bucks plus tax.

I appreciate the team at Bill Cram. Especially our sales person Zak..I hate car shopping but the experience was good especially because we had the added complication of selling my old lease to my grandson. Zak pulled it altogether and we are happy with the service..

I had a tire light on. Put air in all tires....it shut off after traveling a bit. Then came back on. I made an appt. and took it in. The sensor was dead. It was replaced and recalibrated. All is perfect again. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and I have never regretted anything. The service is exceptional and any problems I have is always taking care of what.

We were hearing a bit of noise from our 2018 Colorado and the Cram service team checked it out and said we needed a new rear differential. Chevy doesn't make them any more for our 2018 truck, but Kyle at Cram's was able to locate a gently used one for us. We opted not to do the repair at this time, and they were fine with that. We only put about 5K miles on the truck per year, so will wait until the situation gets a little worse before spending $6,500 for the repair.

i got a new motor put in my truck under warranty i get it back my on star don"t work and no gps worked fine when i dropped if off called told me to drop it off to look at it told me the module is bad told me 650 plus programing to fix it charged me $193.32 to look at it B.S went to another dealer order the part the part $450.00 with programming will not be back

Quick service. One drawback was no creamer for coffee

Came in during the aftermath of the recent blizzard expecting the shop to be closed. It was not and my vehicle was inspected in a timely fashion.

I came in for an inspection and everything checked out fine. The mechanic suggested I replace the rear windshield wiper blade as it was insufficient. I knew it was inadequate, so I agreed to replace it. I was glad they were very thorough!
